Perencanaan Bisnis Inovatif Berbasis Kebutuhan Pasar “Rosemary Oil”

Rambut rontok dan permintaan akan produk perawatan rambut yang aman dan ramah lingkungan telah menjadi isu yang semakin penting dalam masyarakat modern. Minyak rosemary, minyak esensial yang diekstrak dari daun Rosmarinus officinalis, dikenal karena manfaatnya dalam merangsang pertumbuhan rambut, mengurangi rambut rontok, dan menjaga kesehatan kulit kepala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang rencana bisnis inovatif berdasarkan kebutuhan pasar terhadap produk minyak rosemary melalui analisis inovasi produk, identifikasi peluang dan tantangan pasar, perumusan strategi pengembangan bisnis menggunakan pendekatan SWOT, serta optimalisasi proses produksi dan proyeksi keuangan jangka panjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat potensi pasar yang signifikan untuk produk perawatan rambut berbasis alami di Indonesia, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal edukasi konsumen dan penetrasi pasar. Strategi pengembangan bisnis yang menekankan pada inovasi, keberlanjutan, dan pemanfaatan saluran distribusi digital dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing minyak rosemary di pasar. Dengan demikian, rencana bisnis minyak rosemary diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen secara optimal sekaligus berkontribusi positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat dan pelestarian lingkungan.
