Life Cycle Assessment Industri Mode di Indonesia: Literatur Review

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan life cycle assessment (LCA) pada industri mode di Indonesia guna mengidentifikasi dampak lingkungan utama dan kesenjangan penelitian dalam konteks keberlanjutan. Studi dilakukan dengan metode tinjauan deskriptif terhadap publikasi ilmiah terkait LCA pada produk mode Indonesia, meliputi batik, ulos, dan kain tekstil. Hasil sistensis menunjukkan bahwa dampak lingkungan terbesar berasal dari penggunaan bahan bakar fosil, bahan kimia sintetis pada proses pewarnaan, dan konsumsi air berlebih yang menghasilkan limbang cair mengandung logam berat. Penerapan LCA di Indonesia masih terbatas pada ruang lingkup parsial (gate-to-gate atau cradle-to-gate) dan jarang mengintegrasikan dimensi sosial, sementara data inventori lokal yang terbatas berpotensi menimbulkan bias hasil analisis. Selain substitusi bahan bakar dan bahan kimia, efisiensi penggunaan air, serta penerapan teknologi pengolahan limbah yang efektif, eksplorasi LCA produk mode lain disertai dengan penguatan basis data lokal diperlukan untuk menghasilkan penelitian yang lebih komprehensif.
