Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang bayar di tempat (COD) perspektif ekonomi syariah adalah suatu metode pembayaran yang populer dalam jual beli online. Teknik deskriptif kualitatif yang digunakan adalah teori kepustakaan, cara pengumpulan dan penelaahan data terhadap buku, jurnal ilmiah, referensi, literature, lain sebagainya berhubungan terkait kajian penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis COD dalam konteks ekonomi syariah, dengan fokus pada aspek keadilan, transparansi, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi dan analisis konseptual. Hasil dalam penelitian menjelaskan bahwa COD dapat sesuai pada prinsip keadilan dalam ekonomi syariah dikarenakan sistem pembayaran dilakukan setelah barang diterima dengan baik dan sesuai dengan deskripsi. Namun, perlu memastikan bahwa harga barang yang ditawarkan adil dan tidak melibatkan peningkatan harga secara tidak wajar. Dalam hal transparansi, COD dapat memberikan kejelasan bagi pembeli karena pembayaran dilakukan secara langsung setelah penerimaan barang. Namun, penting untuk memastikan bahwa semua informasi terkait harga, biaya pengiriman, dan syarat-syarat pembayaran diungkapkan dengan jelas sebelum transaksi dilakukan. Dalam konteks kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah, COD dapat memenuhi persyaratan dengan memastikan bahwa transaksi tidak melibatkan riba (bunga) dan produk yang ditawarkan halal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami COD dari perspektif ekonomi syariah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya kesadaran dan pemahaman terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam jual beli online dengan metode pembayaran COD. Para penjual dan pembeli perlu memperhatikan aspek keadilan, transparansi, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam setiap transaksi yang dilakukan.

 

This article examines Cash on Delivery (COD) from a sharia economic perspective, a popular payment method in online buying and selling. The qualitative descriptive technique used is literature study, oa data collection technique by conducting a review study of books, scientific journals, reference books, literature, and so on related to the research study. This research aims to analyze COD in the context of sharia economics, with a focus on aspects of justice, transparency and compliance with sharia principles. The research method used is literature study and conceptual analysis. The research results show that COD can be in accordance with the principles of justice in sharia economics because payment is made after the goods are received properly and according to the description. However, it is necessary to ensure that the price of the good offered is fair and does not involve unreasonable price increases. In terms of transparency, COD can provide clarity for buyers because payment is made directly after receiving the goods. However, it is important to ensure that all information regarding price, shipping costs, and payment terms is clearly disclosed before a transaction is carried out. In the context of compliance with sharia principles, COD can fulfill requirements by ensuring that transactions do not involve riba (interest) and the products offered are halal.. This research provides an important contribution in understanding COD from a sharia economic perspective. The results of this re-search have significant implications in related fields. importance of awareness and understanding sharia principles in online buying using the payment method. Sellers and buyers need to pay attention to aspects of fairness, transparency and compliance with sharia principles in every transaction carried out.
