Analisis Risiko Kegagalan Panen Akibat Perubahan Iklim pada Rantai Pasok Padi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Abstract

Rantai pasok padi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo menghadapi risiko kegagalan panen yang meningkat akibat perubahan iklim dan ketidakpastian cuaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, memetakan, dan memprioritaskan risiko kegagalan panen pada setiap tahapan rantai pasok padi menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan terdapat 24 risiko yang tersebar pada tahap plan, source, make, deliver, dan return. Hasil analisis FMEA menunjukkan risiko tertinggi adalah ketidakakuratan informasi iklim dan cuaca pada tahap perencanaan serta serangan Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT) pada tahap produksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, usulan perbaikan mencakup penguatan sistem data iklim, peningkatan kapasitas petani, penerapan Pengendalian Hama Terpadu, dan koordinasi rantai pasok.
