Abstract

Studi ini tujuannya guna melakukan analisis pengaruh Job Autonomy, Social Motivation, Instrinsic Motivation terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang Parakan. Sampel dalem penelitian ini adalah 50 responden karyawan Sinar Terang. Metode diambilnya sampel memakai probability sampling dengan instrumen studi yang dipakai yaitu kuisoner. Berdasarkan hasil studi ini dibuktikan bahwasannya : (1) Job Autonomy tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang. (2) Social Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang. (3) Instrinsic Motivation berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Quality pada Sinar Terang.
