Analisis Konseptual Sistem Konsinyasi dalam Pengelolaan Rantai Pasok Barang Dagangan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual sistem konsinyasi dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok barang dagangan sebagai salah satu strategi koordinasi yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, kolaborasi, dan keberlanjutan antar pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui studi pustaka terhadap berbagai sumber akademik, seperti jurnal ilmiah internasional, buku, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik penelusuran literatur dan analisis dokumen, sementara analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi tema, reduksi, kategorisasi konsep, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem konsinyasi efektif dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan, mengurangi risiko kelebihan stok, dan memperkuat hubungan kerja sama antara pemasok dan pembeli. Integrasi teknologi seperti Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), dan Machine Learning (ML) terbukti meningkatkan akurasi prediksi permintaan dan efisiensi distribusi. Selain itu, penerapan prinsip green supply chain dalam model konsinyasi berkontribusi terhadap penurunan emisi karbon dan peningkatan keberlanjutan logistik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperluas pemahaman tentang koordinasi rantai pasok berbasis kolaborasi serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku industri dalam merancang strategi logistik yang adaptif dan berdaya saing tinggi.
